Becoming a member
Joining FAIRshare is simple - the only requirement is that you live or work in the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Broseley or Much Wenlock.

All you need to do is:

1. Complete and return your application form

2. You will need to provide us with proof of your identity, nationality and country of residence to open your account.

A current picture driving licence OR unexpired passport OR an unexpired (old style) driving licence OR recent proof of state or local authority benefit (no more than 3 months old)
PLUS
A current Council Tax bill
OR Bank Statement OR Credit Card/Debit Card statement (not printed from the internet) OR a Utility bill - no more than 3 months old.

3. Pay a one-off membership fee of £5 and a minimum of £1 to open your account

Once we've received and processed your application you will be issued with a membership card. In the meantime you will have access to your savings and can make deposits and withdrawals as normal.
