How to join your Credit Union…

Just Credit Union is a different kind of bank. We’re not run for profit and we’re owned by our members, so we can provide a safe home for savings with access to low cost affordable loans. Anyone who lives or works in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Herefordshire, Wye Valley, Malvern Hills, Worcester, Stafford, Newcastle Under Lyme, South Staffordshire, or Stoke-on-Trent is eligible to joint. It is regulated like any other bank or financial institution.

Just CU provides straightforward saving accounts, manageable loans, and trusted money management. We are not-for-profit and when you save with us, you enable others in the community to access safe money management.

You can also join Just Credit Union at our Telford branch, Unit 3, Southwater Square, Southwater Way, Telford, TF3 4JG.

We are required by law to receive two recent and original forms of identification to confirm both identity and address.

Please bring along one item from each list to join Just Credit Union:
  • Valid signed passport
  • Valid UK/EU photo driving licence or full UK (old style) driving licence
  • Confirmation of state or local authority benefit entitlement (issued in the last 12 months)
  • HMRC Tax notification letter (issued in the last 12 months)
    List Two – Proof of Address – MUST be dated within the last 3 months:
  • Utility bill • Tenancy Agreement
  • Confirmation of state or local authority benefit entitlement • HMRC Tax notification letter
  • Valid photo driving licence • Local Authority Council Tax Bill
  • Bank, Credit Card or Mortgage statement (posted to your address & NOT printed from the internet)
