Safe Money Management

If you need to borrow money, FAIRshare offers fair, manageable loans to members. After three months of regular Community Housing Payroll Saving, you will be eligible to apply for a FAIRshare loan.

Save as you borrow is a core value of FAIRshare.  If you choose to borrow from FAIRshare, your loan repayment includes a saving amount, so when you’ve paid back your loan, you’ll have saved money too.

Your savings are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, currently to the value of £85,000
