FAIRshare Special General Meeting 4th April 2025

It was a pleasure to welcome members and colleagues to our AGM/SGM on Thursday 20th March. Matt Cuhls, Chair of our Board of Directors, updated attendees and reflected on the previous year of 2023 to 2024 and shared plans for the future. The AGM was followed by the first of two mandatory Special General Meetings (SGM) convened to discuss and vote on a Special Resolution for a merger with Just Credit Union. A majority vote was received in favour of the merger with Just Credit Union. The second mandatory SGM will take place on Friday 4th April at 1pm at Meeting Point House to ratify the Special Resolution passed at the initial SGM, on 20 Mar 25, to merge with Just Credit Union.
